As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Caravel, you will join a collaborative, upbeat team dedicated to ensuring clinical staff provide quality treatment for optimal results. You will play a pivotal role in supervising and managing center and home-based intervention programs, ensuring all standards of care are maintained while developing supervisees' independent clinical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.
