Metro PT is expanding its presence in the Queens region and is seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking Clinical Directors to join our talent pipeline for upcoming clinic openings. In this role, you will join a growing organization within a progressive, supportive, and innovative team. Our clinics are equipped with well-trained support staff and state-of-the-art space and equipment. As a Clinical Director, you will lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, ensuring we meet or exceed operational performance metric goals. You will mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates, cultivate relationships with the community and referral sources, and grow the clinic through collaborative marketing efforts.
Your day-to-day will involve developing customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices, providing timely communication with referral sources, and overseeing patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion. You will also set and achieve professional goals and career growth opportunities while completing daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes in a timely manner.
