As a Clinical Counseling Psychologist, you will deliver comprehensive mental health care through a hybrid model, conducting both in-office and telehealth appointments. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about providing individual and group psychotherapy while conducting diagnostic assessments. You will create and manage personalized treatment plans, ensuring that every patient receives coordinated, high-quality care.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure seamless care coordination. Your work will involve maintaining thorough documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and monitoring patient progress using standardized outcome measures. By participating in case consultations and supervision, you will contribute to a shared commitment to excellence and ethical standards.
