About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital leader responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluating daily operations while guiding the unit-based team. This role exists to ensure seamless patient care delivery and operational efficiency. You will develop and adjust staffing based on patient care needs, assign responsibilities to the team, and manage daily operations within budget parameters. Beyond administrative duties, you will actively participate in unit-based performance improvement committees and facilitate staff education activities, including orientation and competency reviews. The position requires a deep engagement with patient care, involving in-depth systematic assessments, the formulation of collaborative care plans, and the implementation of interventions tailored to the age and needs of the patient.

Requirements
