This Implementation Clinical Consultant role is designed to provide clinical leadership for BD customers implementing interoperability and connectivity products, specifically within the BD Medication Systems Infusion suite. You will serve as a vital bridge between BD and hospital clinicians, facilitating the development of policies, workflows, and protocols while ensuring successful go-live and post-implementation support.
In this position, you will guide diverse cross-functional teams through complex project designs, from site assessments to device education. Your day-to-day involves interpreting HL7 messages, troubleshooting system issues, and mentoring team members to ensure product competency. You will act as a customer support resource, influencing the acceptance and utilization of BD solutions in multi-site and sophisticated environments, with a focus on small to medium hospital systems and IDN-level health systems.
