About the Role
Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a Clinical Care Leader to guide compassionate, high-quality care for underserved patients. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations across primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness services, ensuring safe, efficient, and holistic care delivery. You will oversee patient flow, support interdisciplinary teamwork, mentor staff, and drive quality improvements.
You will provide daily clinical leadership for interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols while supporting the integration of primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness services for whole-person care. Your focus will be on monitoring quality, safety, and patient experience metrics to lead meaningful improvement initiatives. A key part of your day involves mentoring and developing clinical staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth within a faith-informed, mission-driven environment.
