About the Role
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Clinical Care Leader to guide high-quality, compassionate care for underserved patients in a collaborative, faith-based setting. This role provides direct primary care while coordinating interdisciplinary services across medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness programs. The Clinical Care Leader supervises clinical workflows, mentors team members, and advances quality initiatives that promote whole-person wellbeing and health equity.
Ideal candidates bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a calling to serve diverse communities with dignity and respect. You will lead and mentor an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate services, developing and overseeing care plans for complex patients that emphasize whole-person care. Your work will involve collaborating with community partners to address social determinants of health and supporting mission-driven, faith-informed practices that promote dignity and equity.
