Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, and coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices form the third-largest group in the country, employing over 11,000 providers, operating 900 clinics, and supporting 30,000 caregivers. This posting is for the Kadlec Rheumatology department in Kennewick, Washington, part of the Kadlec affiliate practice in southeast Washington.
This is a combined posting for a Clinic RN and an Associate Patient Care Technician. The requirements for each role are distinct, and consideration will be based on your specific qualifications. If you meet the criteria for either position, we encourage you to apply.
Providence caregivers are not simply valued—they are invaluable. Join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center and thrive in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, as we believe that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. You will address individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan, facilitating care coordination through the nursing process. Your work will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. You will collaborate with other healthcare team members, maintain compliance with professional standards, and ensure actions reflect the organization's core values.
The Associate Clinic RN role offers a similar foundation of comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, focusing on the same patient-centered approach and care coordination strategies.
