Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers. The team includes Providence Medical Group in Alaska, Washington, Montana, and Oregon; Swedish Medical Group in Washington’s greater Puget Sound area; Pacific Medical Centers; Kadlec; and various foundations and partners in California and Texas.
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Working in collaboration with other members of the health care team, the Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements to support clinicians in delivering quality health care.
