About the Role

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Working in collaboration with other healthcare team members, the Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements to support clinicians in delivering quality health care that reflects the organization's core values.

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, and coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices form the third largest group in the country, comprising over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers. The team includes Providence Medical Group, Swedish Medical Group, Pacific Medical Centers, Kadlec, St. John's Medical Foundation, and various other foundations and partners across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
