The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Working in collaboration with other healthcare team members, the Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements to support clinicians in delivering quality health care that reflects the organization's core values.
