About the Team
The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida is dedicated to serving its community with professionalism and care. We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Clinic Receptionist to join our team on the Night Shift. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between patients and our medical staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and welcoming atmosphere of our clinic.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. You will be the face of our clinic during the night hours, greeting visitors, making them feel welcomed, and ensuring the waiting room and reception desk remain neat and orderly. Your work will directly impact the patient experience by handling inquiries, directing calls, and managing appointments with compassion and efficiency.
Location
This position is based at the Miccosukee Indian Reservation, located 20 miles west of Krome Avenue on SW 8th Street.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to undergo a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
