In this position, you will lead a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff, guiding them through the nuances of study execution, from participant screening to final data lock. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the intricate logistics of trial management, serving as the primary liaison for sponsors, CROs, and monitors, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to compassion and service excellence. You will be instrumental in maintaining the clinic's financial health and operational efficiency, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement while safeguarding the safety and rights of study participants.
