About the Role

The Clinic Manager for the Health Access Point (HAP) Program serves as the operational heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring day-to-day administrative, operational, and compliance oversight runs smoothly. This role is vital for maintaining a safe, efficient environment where high-quality, culturally responsive care can thrive.

As a key liaison between clinical staff, operations, and leadership, you will foster a collaborative, respectful, and mission-aligned culture. Your day will involve coordinating patient flow, managing specimen collection workflows, and ensuring that our physical space meets rigorous infection control and privacy standards. You will support staff through onboarding and training while navigating the complexities of grant requirements and regulatory compliance.
