Kforce is seeking a Client Support Advisor (Banking) for a client in Phoenix, AZ. This position serves as a trusted support partner to business clients, helping them navigate banking platforms, troubleshoot issues, and better understand the tools that keep their businesses moving.

You will work directly with clients, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial products and technologies while solving problems and learning how modern banking and payments really work.

The role begins as a one-year contract with the potential to convert to a full-time employee (FTE) with the client. The work model is hybrid, requiring one day a month in the office, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.

- check_circleHelp troubleshoot accounting software integrations with a focus on QuickBooks synchronization
- check_circleSupport fraud monitoring activities and assist with risk identification and resolution
- check_circleProvide technical assistance with payment file imports and transaction troubleshooting
- check_circleSupport depository products including checking, money market accounts, and check clearing
