About the Role
Cohere Health is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join its Client Management Team. This remote role offers $65,000–$80,000/year plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, PTO, and pet insurance.
The successful candidate will support Client Success Managers by managing client communications, monitoring support tickets, analyzing data, and driving improvements in client experience. Healthcare domain experience and direct work with health plans are required.
