This position is designed to empower individuals to make a tangible difference in the financial well-being of their communities. You will serve as an educator and advocate, guiding union and credit union members through the complexities of life insurance and basic financial literacy. The core mission is to prioritize client well-being over immediate sales, embodying the "Service Over Sales" philosophy.
In this role, you will not be cold calling; instead, you will conduct virtual client meetings using warm, pre-qualified leads. Your day-to-day involves building and managing your own client portfolio, providing tailored coverage recommendations that meet the unique needs of each family, and tracking your progress using internal support tools. You will have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs, team competitions, and leadership summits while growing under the guidance of experienced mentors.
