We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within a high-potential Atlanta territory. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional ready to own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through deal close and expansion.
In this position, you will generate new business through strategic outreach and networking, building lasting relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers. You will translate complex client technical needs into actionable hiring and delivery strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. Success in this role requires a results-driven approach to influence long-term partnerships and mentor recruiters on market insights and client expectations.
