The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) serves as the vital link between the veterinary medical team and the community, driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital. This role is designed to maximize the productivity of the veterinary team while ensuring a happy, welcoming, and efficient experience for every visitor. By coordinating care and fostering strong communication, the CSC influences clients to return and refer their friends and families, directly supporting the hospital's mission of exceptional pet health.

This role requires a high level of adaptability in a moderately noisy environment. Associates must be comfortable around a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles, and be prepared for the possibility of exposure to bites, scratches, anesthesia, radiation, and biological hazards. The position may require special hours, including weekends and evenings, and occasionally more than 40 hours per week to meet client needs and work volume. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
