The Client Executive is responsible for setting client strategy, supporting clients' day-to-day needs, and managing overall client service for multiple clients varying in complexity. You will manage projects to exceed client expectations in alignment with agreed-upon timelines. This role requires comfort working with limited information and the ability to quickly adapt to challenges with professionalism and positivity.
In this position, you will manage all policy activity and stewardship aspects within your assigned book of business. You will analyze and report on relevant claims data for larger accounts, spotting trends and comparing client data to industry benchmarks. As an informed resource, you will ensure client compliance regarding benefits and serve as a guide on the impact of the ACA and future government changes.
You will cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners and manage large accounts independently. The role involves reviewing existing accounts to determine if additional lines of insurance should be solicited or if changes are needed throughout the year and at renewal. You will look for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes, bringing issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.
