Our journey began with an inspirational website and text messaging service created by Becky Waggaman in 2009, which reached thousands of people seeking encouragement and support beyond the walls of a counseling office. That meaningful beginning grew into Limitless Life, where online coaching and consultation brought hope and guidance to individuals nationwide.
With more than 100 years of combined experience among our team, we were created to offer truly comprehensive support for our community. Today, we serve individuals locally and across the country through counseling, life coaching, support groups, intensive outpatient programs, educational workshops, and mental wellness trainings.

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support our mental health office and provide an exceptional client experience for individuals, families, children, adolescents, men, women, and couples. This role is critical to the daily functioning and success of our practice.
You will thrive in a busy, multi-tasking environment, demonstrating professionalism while managing front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Working collaboratively with our clinical team and reporting to the office manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they reach out. Your dedication to excellent customer service and teamwork will help us maintain the compassionate care that defines our mission.
