About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our operations across Madisonville, Hopkinsville, and Owensboro, KY. You will foster a respectful and supportive environment where frontline staff are treated with care, ensuring strong retention and excellence in service delivery.
In this role, you will champion our values of client satisfaction, safety, and professionalism. You will take ownership of cleaning quality at assigned accounts, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations. Your day will involve balancing operational efficiency with team leadership, from managing labor hours and budgets to conducting safety evaluations and ensuring proper PPE usage.
You will also serve as a key communicator, submitting nightly reports on activities, maintenance needs, and supply levels to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for additional services.
