About the Role

We are seeking a Classroom Aide to support our Grand Rapids, MI campus. This part-time position (up to 9 hours/week) is designed for Ross graduates or experienced allied health professionals who wish to contribute to a purpose-driven team. The role focuses on assisting Primary or Secondary Instructors and providing tutoring support to students in individual and group sessions.

You will work under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, collaborating with full-time instructors to facilitate a positive learning environment. While you will not deliver primary instruction or proficiency completion, you will serve as a vital resource for student tutoring, remediation, and exam proctoring. Your day-to-day activities may include aiding with classroom technology, setting up labs, assisting with hands-on activities, and managing classroom maintenance tasks.
