About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Driver to operate Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers on a regional basis. This position is designed for solo drivers (1099) who prefer a schedule that balances time on the road with regular time at home. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week, with a typical home time of every weekend.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers can anticipate a gross total weekly average pay between $1,200 and $2,200. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus to new hires. The role includes a 30% load factor and does not require driver load/unload or tarping duties.
Home Time and Schedule
Our home time policy ensures drivers are home every weekend. You can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. For every 5 days worked, you earn 1.5 days of home time.
Orientation Details
Orientation is required but is not paid and does not include accommodation or meals. Drivers will be provided with their own room during orientation. Travel expenses are covered, either partially or fully, depending on the specific circumstances.
Hiring Requirements
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A license and have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
