About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Driver to operate Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers on a regional basis. As a solo 1099 driver, you will manage your own loads, averaging 3,500 miles per week with a gross weekly pay between $1,600 and $2,100. This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and includes a unique compensation structure where you retain 25% of the load value. The role is designed for drivers who prefer independence, with no requirements for driver load/unloading or tarping.
Home Time
Our schedule is built around flexibility. You can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you choose. The home time policy awards 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed.
Orientation Details
New drivers will participate in an orientation program. While the company covers some or all travel expenses, please be aware that orientation is unpaid and does not include accommodation or meals. Drivers are provided with their own room during this period.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license and possess at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
