About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators for our Dry Van OTR fleet. This position offers a dedicated route with loads ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 pounds, with 50% of loads weighing 25,000 pounds or less. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week and a gross weekly pay average of $5,000 to $7,500, paid weekly. The role includes a paid fuel surcharge and a free base plate program. A lease purchase program is available for qualified candidates.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be on the road for 5 to 14 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The schedule ensures that drivers are home at least one weekend per month. A key benefit of this dedicated position is that no driver load or unload is required.
Equipment & Requirements
To join the team, drivers must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only travel. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience. The truck used must be no older than 15 years.
Orientation & Onboarding
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to get you started. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers assigned their own room. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and the program covers some or all travel expenses.
