About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators for our Dedicated OTR Dry Van program. This role offers a stable partnership with loads ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 pounds, with 50% of loads weighing 25,000 pounds or less. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week and a gross weekly average pay between $5,000 and $7,500. Compensation is paid weekly, including a paid fuel surcharge.
Home Time & Lifestyle
This position offers a flexible schedule where drivers are expected to be out for 5 to 14 days at a time. While the standard rotation ensures you are home at least one weekend per month, you have the autonomy to stay out longer if you prefer. A key benefit of this role is that no driver load or unload is required.
Equipment & Program Options
We support a Lease Purchase program for qualified drivers. To participate, your truck must be 15 years old or newer. We also offer a free base plate program to assist with operational costs.
Orientation & Onboarding
We provide a comprehensive, paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and the program covers some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting location.
Hiring Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must possess at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
