About the Role
The Lead Support Driver serves as a vital safety net for our operations, traveling to various locations to fill in for regular route collection drivers covering vacation time, sick leave, or other business needs. While the company strives to keep drivers traveling within their region, this role occasionally requires travel outside the region to ensure seamless service continuity. This is a safety-sensitive position that demands a clear mind and diligence, as the employee is responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of others. You will be the backbone of our success, ensuring that our mission to keep waste out of landfills is executed with precision and care.

- check_circleOperate manual and automatic transmission vehicles in compliance with DOT and local laws
- check_circleMaintain and submit paperwork including contamination reports, service tickets, and maintenance logs
- check_circleUse pressure washers to rinse bins and ensure client locations are clean and debris-free
- check_circleUtilize electronic logging systems to record DOT driver logs and required data
- check_circleLoad, haul, and deliver food waste on intra- and interstate routes with multiple daily stops

Requirements
- verifiedClass A CDL License (self-certified as Non-Excepted Interstate)

- verifiedAt least 23 years of age with 2 years tractor-trailer experience OR 21 years of age with 1 year experience (if Truck Driving School or Military graduate)
