About the Role

As a Class A Driver in our Transportation & Logistics department, you will be the vital link between our distribution centers and retail partners. Your primary mission is to safely transport and deliver products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stop. This role is designed for professionals who take pride in the safe operation of commercial vehicles and the accurate handling of merchandise.

In this position, you will navigate assigned local and regional routes, returning home daily. Your day involves loading, unloading, and securing products using material-handling equipment, verifying counts against invoices, and maintaining precise delivery records. You will represent Core-Mark with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and communicating effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean motor vehicle record meeting DOT and company standards. The selection process includes a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam to maintain a current medical card. Experience with ELDs, food and beverage delivery, or forklift operation is preferred.
