About the Company
We are a logistics provider seeking experienced Contract Drivers to manage our Over-The-Road (OTR) Dry Van line haul operations. Our mission is to maintain efficient freight movement across long distances while supporting our driver partners with consistent mileage opportunities.
About the Role
As a Contract Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on OTR routes, covering an average of 1,500 to 3,500 miles per week. This is a solo position where you will handle line haul transportation without the need for driver load or unload duties. The role is designed for drivers who thrive on the road, with an expected tenure of 14 to 30 days out at a time. While there is no guaranteed weekend home time, our home time structure allows drivers to earn two days of home time for every 14 days worked.
Hiring Requirements & Eligibility
To join our team, candidates must be at least 18 years old and receive company approval. We require a Class A license free of specific restrictions, including Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must possess a minimum of two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Orientation Details
Selected candidates will attend an orientation program. Please note that orientation is unpaid and does not cover accommodation or meals. However, drivers are provided with their own room during this period, and the company covers some or all travel expenses associated with attending.
