About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Class A drivers for our local car carrier operations. This is a solo, W2 position focused on transporting vehicles within the region. Drivers can expect an average of 500 to 1,000 miles per week with a consistent day shift schedule.
A key feature of this role is the 5 days on, 2 days off rotation, guaranteeing home time every weekend. Drivers are responsible for 100% of the loading and unloading duties. While the standard policy is to keep the truck at the terminal, taking the truck home is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Hiring Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid Class A license without specific restrictions, including: (E) No Manual, (L/Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must possess at least two years of tractor-trailer experience.
