About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Class A Company Driver to join our local car carrier team. This is a solo, W2 position focused on transporting vehicles within the region. Drivers can expect an average weekly pay between $1,100 and $1,300, with a typical route covering 500 to 1,000 miles per week. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and operates on a day shift schedule.
A key feature of this position is the 5 days on, 2 days off rotation, guaranteeing home time every weekend. Drivers will handle 100% of the loading and unloading duties. While the standard policy is to keep the truck at the terminal, taking the truck home is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Hiring Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Class A license without specific restrictions, including (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must have at least two years of tractor-trailer experience.
