We offer a variety of Regional and Long Haul opportunities, allowing you to drive the routes you love. Whether you prefer short and long runs covering the East to West, North to South, or Midwest regions, we have options to fit your lifestyle.
We pride ourselves on offering flexible schedules with no forced dispatch. Regional drivers can expect to be home every weekend, while Long Haul drivers typically average 8-10 days out, though the duration is ultimately your choice. We provide exceptional mileage rates on all miles, loaded and empty, plus fuel surcharge, ensuring you are compensated fairly for your work.
Hiring Process
To join our fleet, you must own a semitruck and be willing to run under Ameri-Co authority. We are looking for drivers who are at least 23 years old with at least two full years of verifiable interstate driving in the past three years. Your truck must be EROD compatible (2000 build date or newer), and you must have driving experience with the specific equipment you will be operating, such as Flatbed Cargo Securement and Tarping if applicable.
