Whether you prefer Regional runs that allow you to be home every weekend or Long Haul routes with an average of 8-10 days out (or longer, at your choice), we offer the flexibility to fit your needs. We do not force dispatch, ensuring you have the autonomy to choose the routes you love. Our consistent freight and desirable lanes are designed to support high retention, with several drivers having been with us for over 30 years and our top performers surpassing 4 million miles.
Hiring Process
To join our fleet, candidates must own a semitruck and be willing to run under Ameri-Co authority. We look for drivers who are at least 23 years old with at least two full years of verifiable interstate driving in the past three years. Your truck must be EROD compatible (2000 build date or newer), and experience with the specific equipment you will operate is required. For Flatbed operations, experience in cargo securement and tarping is necessary.
