As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose the path that fits your lifestyle. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, Regional, or Local routes. Whether you are looking for flexibility or dedicated runs, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to help you focus on the road.
Hiring Process

- Submission of your application and program preference.
- Verification of your CDL-A and commercial driving experience.
- Completion of a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority.
- Virtual orientation upon acceptance.

Requirements
- verifiedValid CDL-A
- verified2 years commercial driving experience within last 36 months
- verifiedNegative drug test results
- verifiedNo DUI convictions in CMV
- verifiedNo DUI convictions in non-CMV in 5 years
- verifiedNo driver's license suspensions within last 2 years
