We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes.
In this position, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs. Our 24/7 operations and road service support ensure you are never left stranded, allowing you to focus on maximizing fuel efficiency and minimizing empty miles. Whether you operate a van or flatbed, we offer flexible trailer rental programs and competitive insurance options to suit your specific operational needs.
Our onboarding process is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast integration into our network. Once onboarded, you will begin accessing loads and utilizing our support systems immediately.
