About the Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose the path that best fits your lifestyle. With our Connect Program, you can run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, Regional, or Local routes, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to handle the details so you can focus on driving.

Hiring Process

To get started, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, including no DUI convictions in CMV and no license suspensions within the last two years.
