About the Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers love the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. This role is designed to give you that autonomy while providing the support you need to live the lifestyle you want.

As a Lease Operator, you will have access to plenty of freight in a variety of lanes, allowing you to pick what works best for you. From the moment you start your lease to finding the loads that make you money, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Earning Potential

We believe in rewarding performance. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you'll earn an extra 5% of your income. It's as simple as that. Our top performers see significant returns, with the top 50% earning a gross of $4,300 weekly and the top 20% earning a gross of $5,400 weekly.

Equipment and Support

We provide modern equipment to ensure your safety and efficiency. Drivers operate 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. We offer flexible lease purchase options ranging from one to three years, with no money down and no credit check required. Additionally, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a completion bonus of $8,000 for those who finish a two-year lease.

Our support extends to your daily operations with fuel discounts, no fixed expenses for the first two weeks, and a catastrophic in-term lease that includes bumper-to-bumper coverage for 30 days plus all factory warranty. At the end of your lease, purchase options are available.
