About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators who wish to focus on managing their business while transitioning into truck ownership. The program prioritizes lease purchase drivers, ensuring a streamlined path to becoming a truck owner. Drivers will handle 100% refrigerated freight within an expansive customer network that avoids brokered freight, ensuring consistent work. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep drivers loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.
Program Highlights
The lease purchase program is structured to minimize upfront barriers and financial risk. It features $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees, with all costs disclosed upfront. Drivers utilize 2023–2026 model automatic trucks and have access to customer trailers with no rental fees. The program includes a manufacturer warranty on the truck, no out-of-pocket maintenance costs, and a $1 balloon payment option. Additionally, drivers benefit from big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon and access to terminal locations in all major markets.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. The selection criteria includes having no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years.
