Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with more than 650 operating locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers. We provide integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions—including freight management, warehouse support, last-mile delivery, and supply chain analytics—to help partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs.
Our team fully embraces a high-performance culture that inspires us to build strong relationships, challenge the status quo, work hard to deliver results, and pay it forward in our communities. Through transparency and open lines of communication, we do the right thing and deliver on our promises.
This position provides essential administrative, inventory, and clerical support to both site management and the corporate office. You will be the backbone of daily operations, responsible for entering data into Capstone systems, preparing shipments to the corporate office, and managing the distribution of return communications.
Success in this role requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic who can work independently with limited supervision. You will need to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks and adapt to a flexible work schedule driven by changing operational needs. The day-to-day environment involves a mix of office and warehouse settings, requiring you to sit or stand for periods, walk throughout the warehouse, and navigate concrete flooring and changing temperatures.
People want to work at Capstone because of our commitment to our associates. We offer weekly pay, paid training, and safety incentives. Benefits become available after 60 days of employment, and we prioritize internal career growth, looking to promote from within first. This role also offers the opportunity to join our travel team, allowing you to see the country and learn how all our sites operate.
Capstone is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, sex, national origin, religion, creed, or disability.
