About the Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers love the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. Our program is designed to give you that autonomy.

As a Lease Operator, you gain access to a wide variety of freight and lanes, allowing you to pick what works best for your lifestyle. From the moment you start your lease to finding the loads that maximize your income, ATS provides the support you need to succeed.

Earning Potential and Lifestyle

Our model is built on performance. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. It's as simple as that. Drivers in the top 50% earn a gross of $4,300 weekly, while those in the top 20% can earn up to $5,400 weekly.

We offer flexible lease purchase options ranging from one to three years, with no money down and no credit check required. You will drive 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. Additionally, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a completion bonus of $8,000 for two-year leases ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two). Purchase options are also available at the end of your lease term.

Support and Benefits

We provide comprehensive support to help you live the lifestyle you want. This includes fuel discounts, no fixed expenses for the first two weeks, and catastrophic insurance coverage (bumper-to-bumper for 30 days plus all factory warranty). Contractors earn a fuel surcharge based on DOE diesel prices and receive 100% of our fuel discounts.\n While you operate your own business, we handle the heavy lifting. Monthly costs for in-cab tablets, toll/scale transponders, plates, and trailer usage are clearly defined, with optional legal plan coverage available.

Application Requirements

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL driver's license. We require at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, a stable and verifiable work history, and an acceptable driving record that meets all DOT requirements.
