Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers crave the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they could have more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding freight that maximizes your earnings, we are here to support you. We offer access to a wide variety of lanes and freight options, allowing you to pick what works best for your schedule and goals.

The Support You Need

We provide a comprehensive support system to help you succeed as an independent operator. This includes access to plenty of freight in a variety of lanes, ensuring you can choose routes that fit your needs. Whether you are looking for a one, two, or three-year lease purchase option, we have a path that aligns with your long-term plans.

Earning Potential

Our program is built on the principle that you earn more by running. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you will earn an extra 5% of your income. It's as simple as that. Top performers in our network see significant returns, with the top 50% earning gross weekly amounts of $4,300 and the top 20% reaching $5,400.

Application Instructions

To join our team, you must meet specific DOT requirements and possess a valid Class A CDL driver's license. We are looking for drivers who are at least 21 years old and have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience. A stable, verifiable work history and an acceptable driving record are also required.
