About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity for Class A CDL drivers in Greenville, SC, to enjoy strong pay with fully loaded trucks and a simple application process. The role focuses on mainly daytime deliveries with no-touch freight, ensuring a better quality of life and schedules that work with the body's natural rhythm. Drivers will operate Freightliner Cascadias no older than three years, equipped with TVs, refrigerators, football packages, and SiriusXM, allowing them to simply pack their clothes and hit the road.
The position features a 48-hour reset every other weekend, providing consistent home time. Drivers can expect a weekly minimum pay guarantee and the ability to earn extra through safety bonuses, optional per diem, and breakdown pay. The company also supports a rider and pet policy, allowing drivers to bring companions or furry friends on the journey.
Hiring Process
Qualified applicants will be contacted the next business day to conduct a phone interview and begin the full application process. This includes running required background reports and arranging orientation and travel. Final approval is based on results from the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP), DAC report, and verified employment history. The full approval process typically takes 3-4 business days, after which drivers can be on the road earning with LEM Trucking.
