Whether you prefer home weekly on a dedicated fleet or the freedom of regional and national OTR routes, we have a position for you. We have increased pay across all dedicated and regional fleets, with our OTR fleet receiving a $0.03 per mile raise. Drivers on our OTR fleet can expect to average over $101,000 annually, with the top 50% averaging $101,176. We prioritize practical miles, which pay 3-5% more annually than short route miles, ensuring you are compensated for the full scope of your work.
