About the Role
We are urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join a team that values long-term stability and professional growth. Hiring Process
Qualified applicants must possess a current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A) and have at least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with one carrier after completing training. The process includes a background check. Marten will make an individualized assessment of any conviction history in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the California Fair Chance Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, considering factors such as the recency of the offense, evidence of rehabilitation, and the relationship between the history and the specific duties of the job.
