About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. Our operation is designed to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, with no hazmat or Canadian routes to complicate your schedule. We maintain a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, ensuring you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them.
We invest heavily in your comfort and safety with new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines every year. Our top-notch mechanics keep these vehicles in top running order. The equipment features modern amenities including 1800W inverters, no slip seats, and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph).
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and possessing a solid work history with at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb), a urine drug screen, and a background check showing no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
