Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually to maintain top running order. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we minimize waiting times, allowing drivers to spend more time delivering loads. Our knowledgeable mechanics ensure our equipment is always in peak condition.

About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, with no hazmat or Canadian routes involved. We do not use slip seats, and our trucks feature 1800W inverters and a 68 mph cruise speed (potentially up to 75 mph). Drivers enjoy dedicated home time and a free rider program. This position is ideal for those seeking a stable career with a focus on safety and modern equipment.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history and at least 12 months of experience. The process includes passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing) and a urine drug screen. Candidates must also have a clean driving record for the past five years, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as the program is GI Bill approved.
