Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. Once you arrive, you will begin paid orientation time before hitting the road. We look for candidates who demonstrate strong paperwork accuracy, reliability, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely operate a CDL A tractor trailer while transporting OTR refrigerated freight
- check_circleDrive long distances across regional and national lanes
- check_circleLoad and unload freight using proper securement methods
- check_circleMonitor and manage reefer temperatures to maintain product quality
- check_circleMaintain accurate driver logs, bills of lading, and temperature documentation
- check_circleCommunicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel
- check_circleBend, squat, twist, and get under the trailer to check components
- check_circlePerform pretrip, enroute, and post trip vehicle inspections
Requirements
- verified12 months of CDL-A experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedNo major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- verifiedMust be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
