About the Role

We are seeking CDL-A truck drivers to join our Flatbed Division. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential by hauling consistent, steady miles on oversized flatbed loads. Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer, with an average age of just 16 months. Our Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models are equipped with driver-friendly features including refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.

No prior flatbed experience is required. We provide additional training during our paid orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days depending on their location, with opportunities to earn extra through stop pay, securement pay, tarp pay, and over-dimensional load bonuses.

Hiring Process

All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license. We offer a fully paid orientation experience at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN, or Appling, GA. To apply, please submit your application online.
