About the Role
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-The-Road (OTR) team. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on the open road, offering the opportunity to earn $85,000+ annually with a "More Miles, More Pay" structure. Drivers can expect to average 10,000 miles per month, with 30% of our current fleet boasting over 1 million miles of experience.
The Fleet & Equipment
Our trucks are built for comfort and safety. The fleet consists of 2023-2026 models equipped with EPU, refrigerators, and inverters. All vehicles feature outward and inward-facing cameras, crash mitigation systems, and adaptive cruise control to ensure a secure driving environment.
Benefits & Perks
We offer a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance. Paid vacation is available after one year of employment. We also provide a 401(k) plan with a company match after one year. Additional compensation includes weekly direct deposit, detention pay, extra stop pay, and layover pay. A paid orientation is provided for new hires.

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 22 years old, and possess twelve months of OTR truck driving experience within the past three years. Candidates must have experience hauling 53' trailers and must have no DUIs or failed/refused drug tests.
