About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as either Over-the-Road (OTR) or Regional drivers.
As an OTR driver, you will embark on solid-mile runs, typically staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time. For those preferring a different rhythm, our Regional positions offer home-time options, including a minimum 34-hour reset to ensure you can be with family regularly. Regardless of the track you choose, you will enjoy assigned tractors and the opportunity to take home your rig within specific criteria.
Our drivers benefit from a 98% no-touch freight environment, ensuring a focus on driving rather than loading and unloading. We also support your personal life with pet and rider-friendly policies, allowing you to bring family or furry companions along the way. Paid training is available for those looking to learn and earn simultaneously, and we offer paid orientation including travel arrangements and a stay during the process.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess an active Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least 6 months of driving experience within the last 12 months. We also require that applicants have no recent safety terminations.
